Why voluntary sustainability reporting?
More and more customers, banks and business partners expect companies to provide reliable information about their sustainability performance – even when no legal reporting obligation applies. Also for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), it makes sense to start early by building internal structures and competencies.
The VSME (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs) was developed by the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG).
It provides a voluntary framework for communicating sustainability in a structured, credible and accessible way – without the need for a large reporting system.
In our training, you will learn how to apply the VSME standard in practice and how to make sustainability more visible in your organisation.
Zielgruppe
Der Kurs richtet sich an Geschäftsführende, Nachhaltigkeitsmanager:innen sowie Fach- und Führungskräfte, die in ihrem Unternehmen Nachhaltigkeit voranbringen möchten.
Angesprochen sind insbesondere Personen aus den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Umwelt, Energie, Arbeitsschutz, Einkauf, Logistik, Controlling, Marketing, Personal und IT – sowohl in Unternehmen als auch in Organisationen der Sozialwirtschaft.
Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich.
Alle Teilnehmenden werden Schritt für Schritt durch den Standard geführt – verständlich, praxisnah und mit Raum für individuelle Fragen.
Unsere modulare Weiterbildung zeigt, wie Sie den freiwilligen Berichtsstandard VSME Schritt für Schritt in Ihrer Organisation anwenden – vom Einstieg bis zur fertigen Berichterstattung.
Das Kurskonzept kombiniert Webseminare, Praxisphasen und Gruppensprechstunden. Die Inhalte bauen aufeinander auf und befähigen Sie, die Anforderungen des VSME zu verstehen, praktisch umzusetzen und einen Nachhaltigkeitsbericht eigenständig zu erstellen.
Die Weiterbildung ist berufsbegleitend konzipiert und integriert die Anwendung direkt in den Arbeitsalltag. Sie kann als Gesamtpaket oder in Form einzelner Module gebucht werden.
