Training: Climate protection in the social economy

Create greenhouse gas balances, develop climate targets, implement measures

Why climate protection management?

Implementing climate protection effectively means thinking strategically, taking targeted action and making progress measurable.

Climate management creates the basis for this - with a greenhouse gas balance as a starting point, specific targets and effective measures.

In the course we will guide you step by step:

From the project structure and data collection to the development of a climate strategy with comprehensible measures.

You will receive field-tested tools and templates that you can start using directly in your organisation.

Training: Climate protection management

Our in-service training provides practical training on how climate protection can be embedded in organisations in the long term - well-founded, application-oriented and individually supported.
The aim is to establish effective climate management in your own organisation - without any prior knowledge.

Course structure

4 web seminars

The online seminars build on each other and teach the methodological basics for introducing climate protection management.
You will learn how to prepare a materiality analysis and a greenhouse gas balance sheet - supplemented by tools, practical examples and instructions.

Practical phases

Between modules, you will directly implement what you have learnt - e.g. through initial data collection or the structuring of internal processes.

You will receive a comprehensive Excel tool for data collection and balancing as well as other implementation documents.

2 individual counselling sessions (1 hour each)

In addition to the seminars, we offer two individual counselling sessions. These focus on your questions regarding the materiality analysis and the preparation of the greenhouse gas balance sheet.

Target group

The course is aimed at managing directors, sustainability managers and specialists and managers - especially from social economy organisations and associations - who want to strategically promote climate protection.

No prior knowledge is required.

All participants are guided through the process step by step - in an understandable, practical way and with room for individual questions.

You should allow sufficient time for the practical phases in your day-to-day work.
